-Cliopack, is a brand with 100% Turkish capital. Cliopack, is also a sub-brand positioned as server of packaging solutions of Arı Machinery, which started its commercial activities in 1963 by producing industrial meat factory and meat grinding machines.

-Where do you carry out your R&D works and production?

-All of our R&D and production works are being made in Arı Machinery factory located in Istanbul and again by our engineers in the factory.

-Why didn’t you determine your brand names in Turkish?

-The most important factor in choosing the brand name determined within the framework of marketing targets of Arı Machinery in English; was that target markets were foreign focused and for this reason, it had to be a persistent, memorable name with regards target mass. Since the word Clio meaning beautiful and clean, when merged with “Pack” used as short form for packaging in English, expresses clean and beautiful packaging, “Cliopack” is selected as brand name. However, our use of registration plate symbols while naming our products is a reference of being a Turkish brand. For example; like our Clio 34 model meaning Istanbul.

-What are your most predominant characteristics among manual plate closing machines?

-All of our production is customer focused. Briefly, we maintain all our activities to satisfy customer expectations at top level. For this reason, clioshaper blade system available in our machinery, production of person specific machinery like clioprivate, our after-sales support services like cliobulance, our customer services in EN ISO 9001-2000 quality standards, our production of CE certified products compatible with European directives make us rightfully a pioneer in manual packaging sector.

- What is Cliosharper blade system, available in our plate closing machines?

-Cliosharper blade system, which is an entirely beneficial model and patent designed, is available only in cliopack machines among manual machines in the world. Cliosharper is the only form of cut and paste principle of high cost semi-automatic and full automatic plate closing machines in manual machines. It does not cause film loss and it enables the film we close on the plate, to be cut in contour from plate rims and to gain a professional appearance. This enables small-medium and large scale companies to compete in the same market conditions.

- What is Cliobulans exactly from among your after-sales services?

-Our Cliobulans after-sales service; is a service figured so that production of our customers does not come to a halt in the face of possible problems and their profitability does not fall. For example; within 24 hours following notification of problem by a customer whose machine breaks down, we deliver the same machine to itself. We do not demand any fee for this service for 2 years. We are leaving our customers the peace of having worked with a grand brand.

-What does Clioprivate mean?

-They are specifically built machines produced under expectations and demands of persons and enterprises. For example: you have a plate measure or a triangular plate expressing your company logo, but you can not find a machine to close this non-standard plate. Right at this point, our brand slogan “intelligent solutions to your packaging ideas” comes into force and it is our commitment to delivery your product to you on a schedule we will determine jointly.

-We have direct sales regarding plates and film. This customer representative will be glad to help you.

-What is your pricing policy exactly?

-We determine our product pricing under the net data we obtain from a mixture of raw material, labour, logistics and publicity activities, within the first quarter of each year. We share these data with all our dealers and sales representatives and we expect them to abide literally.

-Could you give information about your payment options?

We realise our sales in cash and in instalments on credit cards.

-What is the guarantee period of your products?

-All our products are within the scope of guarantee for two (2) years under consumer rights.
